RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Went to the Burns Night which was our first meal at the revamped Three Hares and it was excellent value. The food was of good quality, plentiful too. If this is anything to go by then it is definately a place to visit. Good selection of wine and beer also which you can drink at your leisure in a relaxed and refined atmosphere..

We called in to the Three Hares on Sunday for lunch. I had eaten there before one weekday lunch time and had been impressed so was confident the roast would be good. My husband is very fussy about Sunday roasts (!) and he agreed it was the best we had eaten in a long time.
I had the beef and he had the lamb. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, a generous portion and were a nice selection of sprouting brocolli and root veg. Lovely fresh food and at £10 I thought fairly good value.
The restaurant is stylish in a traditional pub setting, with a bar area for drinks beforehand.
